Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
1 cup Gluten Free Mix with Xanthan Gum
2/3 cup Sorghum Flour
½ Tsp Xanthan Gum
1/3 cup
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
6 tbsp salted butter
1 cup and 2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips (Divided)
Additional Peanut Butter as needed
Combine Dry ingredients and set aside
Cream together butter and sugar
Add 1/3 cup of peanut butter and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time.
Melt one cup of chocolate chips in a heavy sauce pan.
Add the chocolate to the butter, sugar and egg mix.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
